Is it possible to create an “Exit” button that performs a save and exit that will create a record? b. Look at Cor# 26869 and it has two GiftTr 28690 and 91. These are the steps Debbie took: 1. Created Cor record and saved 2. Went back on edit to create GT record from within the Cor record 3. Saved again 4. This created two identical Cor records mentioned above. The reason she is saving first and then going back in to edit/add the GT is because it pre-fills the data on the GT if it's done that way. If she does it on the first go-round, she has to search/fill in all the data. We're not sure how often this duplication is happening. | 346 | Bug | Visitation Rpt and Thumbnail Export NOT WORKING... | SEE MJ'S EMAIL: Hi Jon.. I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving. We haven’t had much traction on our priorities the last month or two and we have a couple of urgent situations. I have all new photos(2800) that I am uploading to the DB so that I can export that Visitation Rpt you built that Faiz wants an updated copy of “yesterday” now that he is back in India and visiting homes. However, I just found out that not all kids are being included on that report. See the ATTACHED pdf. 1634 Jasmita Badaraito is Active and her photo shows up on the thumbnail export but she doesn’t show up on the Visitation Rpt. I have not had time to check for additional instances of this problem but it’s hard because the Visitation Report does not include EVERY number and we need it to, even if it’s NO CHILD and the kids with the NEED NEW PHOTO jpg. IE. DEOGARH (See Attached) In the DB… all 67 kids’ records are there… missing the last dozen or so photos… but I uploaded, to test, the Need New Photo image for one of them… then did another export of Visitation Rpt. It’s still giving only 57 kids… maybe pulling up old data??? Also in the Thumbnail Rpt, I tried to pull one for just ONE home and for the image, it gave only the little square with a RED X. (attached) When I exported “ALL” .. then the photos showed up. (attached) ALSO on Thumb Rpt.. OLD photos are being used.. not most recent! IT IS EXPORTING AN OCT. 2013 LIST so the kids it includes are WAY out of date! The above “FIX” is our top priority. All else can wait because Faiz is counting on having all these PDF’s (Visitation) for his travels beginning in two days. CAN YOU HELP!??! Maybe between you and Maximo, we can get this fixed and working? | 323 | Bug | #1 Top Priority CORR/GIFT Trackers | Debbie just mentioned that they are getting more than one money gift for a single birthday sometimes.. so we need the Gift Tracker Inset box in Corresp screen to allow us to add a 2nd amount up to 3. That way each amount can be dated automatically. Debbie can't combine them because she has to match them to Quickbooks. Also, is it possible in the Corr Tr for one Record Num to have 1 OR MORE items? (Because of the money and the cards coming far apart.) This would allow the first entry to have its own date, i.e. the money,... then when the card comes in later, it can be a 2nd item for that record.. showing its date. i.e. Cor# 26158 Sponsor Janette Chin. She sent in the Bday $$ on 8/1. And now 9/6 a card comes and needs to be added. It would be better for that card to be a 2nd line with it's own date fields. AND.. the Corr Tracker HEADER... when the record is open .. instead of saying "Edit Correspondence Birthday for Deepak Soren" Please have it read, "Edit Corr# _ _ _ _ _ for 3283 Deepak Griffiths (Child ID, Child first name, Sponsor last name) SAME for Gift Tracker HEADER except use Gift Tr#, etc. Lastly.. And we give out food and medicines to several hundred other lepers in and around our other homes.. the gov't gives them a bit of land and group together. Exported list would be sorted by birth date, most recent at the top. Actually, we'd need it sorted by month/day (year excluded) Is that possible?? This report we would use as a contact list to remind sponsors of their child's upcoming birthday. Can we discuss (after Pray4Child merge and replacement letter is finished) a LABEL MERGE EXPORT. i.e. this birthday list... where the user/Phx could select a date range of birthdays..say, Dec 1 - 31, then an export button that would format labels w/ sponsor's name/address... for those kids whose birthdays fall within that range ??
